Playground or 6U?

ATTENTION PARENTS OF 3, 4 & 5 YEAR OLDS!

This season we are offering two AYSO programs for young players! These programs provide a fun filled atmosphere for both children and parents that gets children excited about soccer and about being active in general.

3 year old (Birth year 2021) children can only play 4U Playground Soccer

4 year old (Birth year 2020) children can only play 6U Soccer.

5 year old (Birth year 2019) children can only play 6U Soccer.

4U Playground Soccer Program

Welcome to our AYSO Playground Soccer program for the 4U division (Birth year 2021)!

The 4U Playground Soccer program introduces 3 year olds (Birth year 2021 for the 2024 season) to soccer in a fun, pressure-free environment. Playground Soccer uses group activities, soccer themes, and parent participation to develop the fundamental motor skills that prepare kids for all sports. Players participate on a weekly basis with their parent (or other adult) working with them on the field.

This is NOT a mini World Cup experience. Don’t expect 60 minutes of soccer games. The program uses soccer as the "teaching thread" to develop fundamental motor skills such as balance, running, jumping and throwing. This is the foundation of sports success and an active lifestyle. Let your little one learn the beautiful game the right way!

Parent Participation is REQUIRED! Trained AYSO coaches lead sessions that create a fun, parent participatory atmosphere utilizing age appropriate activities and storybook adventures. Days and times TBD. Playground meets once a week.

There is NO practice during the week.

The 2024 registration cost is $90 for the program (10 weeks).
